Refund policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories and tags. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return, email us at support@doggyandgears.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Need a different size, color, or style? Contact support@doggyandgears.com and, if available, we’ll assist with exchanges once your return arrives.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@doggyandgears.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
